These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of recruitment services provided by Alpha Associates Recruitment Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), whether based in the United Kingdom or the United States, including clients and candidates engaging with our services through our website, email, or other means.

By using our recruitment services, whether as a client or a candidate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
Definitions
- Client refers to any company or organisation using our services to recruit staff.
- Candidate refers to any individual seeking employment opportunities through our services.
- Engagement includes employment, contracting, temporary assignments, or any form of working relationship between a client and a candidate introduced by us.
Services We Provide
Alpha Associates Recruitment Ltd offers recruitment and talent sourcing services across the UK and United States (including Texas) in sectors including but not limited to Technology, Construction, and Engineering. Services include:
- Permanent and contract recruitment
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Headhunting and executive search
- Post-placement follow-up
Candidate Responsibilities
- All information provided to us must be accurate and up to date.
- Candidates must not knowingly provide false information or documentation.
- We do not guarantee placement and accept no liability for a candidate’s failure to secure employment.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear and accurate job descriptions, pay rates, and expectations.
- Clients agree not to directly approach or engage any candidate introduced by us without our consent within a 12-month period from the date of introduction.
- Clients must inform us immediately upon engaging a candidate introduced by Alpha Associates Recruitment Ltd.
Fees and Payment
- Fees for permanent placements and contract hires will be agreed in writing prior to any assignment.
- Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable law.
Confidentiality
All information shared between Alpha Associates Recruitment Ltd, clients, and candidates must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
Data Protection
We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, US state privacy laws including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).
Liability
- We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by clients or candidates arising directly or indirectly from the introduction or engagement of any candidate.
- We do not offer warranties or guarantees regarding the suitability or performance of any candidate.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time in writing. Any outstanding fees or obligations must still be honoured by the client or candidate as applicable.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- For UK-based engagements, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- For US-based engagements, including those in Texas, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant country or state of engagement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
